• What is Passed Forward?

Passed forward is a memory preservation service.  We record video interviews, capturing stories, wisdom and heartfelt moments for future generations

• How does it work, and how long does it take?

Each recording session takes between 60 and 90 minutes.  In terms of scheduling the sessions, we are completely flexible and will work to book the sessions to best fit your availability.

• How long does it take to complete the editing and when will I receive the finished video?

The editing of your video will be completed as quickly as possible and I aim to have the finished project in your hands within two weeks.

• How does the payment work?

We ask that payment is made half upfront and half upon notification of completion i.e. we will contact you to let you know that your project is complete and ready to be delivered, with delivery being made upon receipt of payment.

• I've never been recorded before / I'm nervous talking on camera

Don't worry about a thing, we aim to ensure that our sessions are as relaxed and conversational as possible.  We will start with pre-prepared questions, but the aim is for each question to act as a starting point, generating further conversation based on your responses.
